Christmas at the Coastal Museum

Come celebrate the beginning of the festive periode with us at the Coastal Museum!

The museum is all decked out for Christmas, and we invite you to craft your own decorations with us this Sunday. You'll find activities suited to both young and old. Come learn how to transform old books into angels and stars to decorate the christmas tree with, try your hand at needle felting, og perhaps woodworking is more up your alley?

We're confident everyone will find an activity they'll enjoy at the museum this Sunday!

The Museum Store

Are you still a few gifts short this Christmas? Our museum store is open throughout the event, so why not shop your gifts locally? We have a wide selection of things on offer, such as yarn made of Norwegian wool from Hillesvåg and homemade knitted garments, as well as a wide assortment of books, toys and other trinkets.
