Spend your autumn break with us at the Coastal Museum! This year you can attend four days of acitivites for children and adults alike. Go on the hunt for bats and rats hidden around our exhibitions and attend some of the other activities on the program this week:
Program:
Sunday 8. october,12:00-15:00: Opening of the new exhibition Diseases That Changed History
- Activity: Make your own face mask! Create a cute, funny or spooky mask to take home, and you're ready to celebrate Halloween! 
Wednesday 11. October, 12:00-15:00: Open day at "Nilsenslippen"
- Tour the workshop 
- Try your hand as a blacksmith 
- Build a wooden boat and try setting sail at sea 
- Borrow equipment for crab fishing 
- Potato racing 
NB! All activities take place outside, dress appropriately.
The museum exhbitions are open from 10:00-15:00, so why not tour the exhibition Diseases That Changed History before making your way over to the mechanical workshop at 12:00?
 
Friday 13. October, 10:00-15:00
- 11:00: Reading circle: fairytales and folklore for the youngest ones (In Norwegian) 
- 13:00: Guided tour for children in the exhibition Diseases That Changed History (In Norwegian) 
- Activities: - Make your own face mask! Create a cute, funny or spooky mask to take home, and you're ready to celebrate Halloween! 
- Potato printing
