The beautiful home of Engel and Nikolai Astrup is idyllically situated by Jølstravatnet. We offer a unique selection of the artistic couple’s works. You can enjoy a snack while strolling through the lush motifs from the paintings.

There is some work being done on the houses and in the garden. The accessebility is therefore not always optimal. Our opening hours are valid and we will assist you where needed.

Season Pass grants free admission for 1 year from date of purchase. The Season Pass does not provide free entry to special events or free publications.

Parking

There is free parking by the lake, a stone's throw away from the entrance.

Café

Homemade cakes and waffles with coffee. During the summer we also have ice cream.

Gift shop

We have a selection of tote bags, t-shirts, postcards and Nikolai Astrup art posters. We also have books on Nikolai Astrup and other artists.
